Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using RoboLynk's website, cloud platform, mobile applications, or robotics software (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
RoboLynk provides cloud-based software that enables users to control, monitor, and interact with compatible robotic platforms. Services include:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Subscription plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Accounts that remain unpaid or unrenewed after expiry will be subject to service restrictions. Accounts not renewed within 15 days of expiry may be permanently deactivated.
Important — Physical Safety: RoboLynk AI responses and voice commands are assistive tools. YOU are responsible for all physical robot actions. Always supervise your robot in environments with people, animals, or breakable objects. Never rely solely on AI-generated commands without human review.
AB 316 Compliance Notice: In accordance with California AB 316 (AI Defenses Act, effective January 1, 2026), RoboLynk does not assert that AI technology autonomously caused any harm independent of human use and direction. Users who deploy robots using RoboLynk software remain responsible for the physical actions of their robots.
RoboLynk provides AI as a convenience tool. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not use AI responses as the sole basis for decisions involving safety, health, legal, or financial matters.

You may opt out of voice features at any time by using text-based controls instead. Opting out does not affect other Services.
All RoboLynk software, documentation, trademarks, logos, and platform content are the intellectual property of RoboLynk and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of data you create or upload. By using the Services, you grant RoboLynk a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOLYNK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY ROBOT OPERATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboLynk and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or operation of robots using our software.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
